Erika brings a unique blend of institutional finance experience, venture capital expertise, and relationship-driven leadership. She is known for her disciplined, thoughtful approach and genuine commitment to long-term relationships. Erika previously worked at RBS, Cambridge Associates, Kodiak Cakes, and Cross Creek where she's crafted a background in relationship management, communications, corporate finance, and investor relations. Erika earned her degree from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah, where she was active in entrepreneurship and finance organizations. When she's not working, she's helping her family restaurant franchise, skiing with her kids, or shooting her shot at DIY house projects.
