Kathryn Ivancovich is an Associate at Run Ventures, where she focuses on deal sourcing and evaluating early-stage investment opportunities. She spends her time identifying high-growth B2B SaaS and software companies, particularly those in the $1M–$10M ARR range, and building relationships with founders ahead of their next round. Before joining Run, Kathryn gained investment experience across venture capital and growth equity, spending time with Epic Ventures, Summit Partners, and M33 Growth. She holds a B.S. from Brigham Young University, where she studied entrepreneurship.
